1. Who these terms are between
These terms are an agreement between you and LikeFlow, a company established in the United States with its business address at 1942 Broadway St. STE 314C, Boulder, CO 80302. They apply when you create an account, sign in, or use the LikeFlow website and application. You accept them by using the service. If you accept them for a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company, and “you” then means the company. You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account.
2. Your account
Give an accurate email address and keep it current — it is how we reach you about your account and your renders. Accounts created with a password must confirm the address before signing in; accounts created with Google are confirmed by Google. You are responsible for keeping your credentials private and for everything done through your account. Tell us through the Contact page as soon as you think someone else has access.
3. What the service does
You give LikeFlow a link to a publicly reachable product page. LikeFlow reads that page, drafts a script from what it finds there, generates a voiceover, optionally places a presenter in the video and lip-syncs them to that voiceover, and renders a finished MP4. Everything it produces is a draft for you to review. LikeFlow does not check your videos before you publish them, and does not publish anything on your behalf.
4. The links you submit, and what you are promising by submitting them
You choose the source. By submitting a link you confirm that you are entitled to use that page's product details, images, video and customer reviews in a marketing video, and that doing so complies with the rules of the platform the page sits on — including the terms of any affiliate programme you are part of. LikeFlow reads pages that are already public; it does not grant you any right in the material it finds there, and it cannot give you permission the rights holder has not given.
5. Presenters, voices and likeness
Presenters in the LikeFlow library are licensed for use in videos you make with LikeFlow, and for no other purpose. If you upload your own footage of a person, you confirm that the person has agreed to appear in an AI-generated video and to having their lip movements synthesised, and that you can show us that agreement if asked. Do not use LikeFlow to make a real person appear to say something they did not say.
6. AI-generated output
Scripts, voiceovers and lip-sync are produced by machine learning systems. They can be wrong, can misread a product page, and can produce claims a product does not support. Review every video before you publish it — especially anything about price, availability, safety or health. Some countries require content produced with AI to be labelled as such; meeting that obligation where it applies to you is your responsibility, not ours.
7. What you may not do
Do not use LikeFlow to make content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights. Do not impersonate a real person or organisation. Do not resell raw access to the platform, scrape it, run automated traffic against it, or try to get around how credits are counted. LikeFlow has internal service endpoints that are undocumented and not open to customers; building against them is a breach of these terms.
8. Who owns what
You own the videos you generate, to the extent that ownership is yours to have — third parties keep whatever rights they hold in the product images, footage and reviews the video was built from, and the presenter licence stays limited to LikeFlow videos. LikeFlow owns the platform, its software, its models, its templates and its presenter library. You may not copy or reuse any of that outside the service.
9. Plans, credits and payment
Plans are billed weekly, monthly or annually through Stripe, which processes the payment and holds your card details — LikeFlow never receives them. Credits are deducted when you submit a render, not when it finishes, and a render that fails returns its credits to your balance automatically. Credits granted by a plan reset when the billing period renews; credits you buy as a top-up do not expire. Annual plans release their credits monthly. Prices can change, and we will tell you before a change affects a renewal.
10. Cancelling, suspension and refunds
You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Payments already made are not refunded pro rata unless the law where you live says otherwise. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that has not paid, or that is being used in a way that puts the service or other customers at risk — and we will tell you why unless we are legally prevented from doing so. Download anything you want to keep before you close an account.
11. Availability, warranties and liability
LikeFlow is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available, that a render will always succeed, or that any video will produce a commercial result. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profit, lost revenue, lost data or indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Changes, governing law and contact
We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be announced before they take effect, and continuing to use LikeFlow after that means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and the federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes belong to the state and federal courts located in Delaware — except where mandatory consumer law in your own country gives you the right to bring a claim closer to home. Questions go through the Contact page.
