Delete Your Account

Learn how to permanently delete your LikeFlow account and associated data from the mobile app or by submitting a deletion request.

Once confirmed, account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

1. Delete Account In-App

If you have the LikeFlow mobile app installed on iOS or Android, you can permanently delete your account directly through the in-app settings.

Open LikeFlow

Launch the LikeFlow mobile app on your smartphone or tablet and make sure you are signed in.

Go to Profile → Settings

Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar, then select the Settings option.

Select “Delete Account”

Scroll down to the Account section and tap on the Delete Account button.

Confirm Deletion

Review the permanent deletion warnings and confirm your choice to delete your account.

2. Request Deletion via Email

If you cannot access the LikeFlow mobile app, you can submit an account deletion request by emailing our support team. Please send the request from the email address registered with your LikeFlow account so we can verify ownership.

We may ask you to verify account ownership. Verified requests are processed within 30 days.

3. Data That Will Be Deleted

Upon processing your deletion request, personal and operational data associated with your account will be permanently removed or de-identified, subject to the limited legal exceptions below.

  • Profile information: name, email address, and authentication credentials.
  • Video projects: drafts, generated MP4 videos, scripts, scenes, and storyboard setups.
  • Creative assets: uploaded product photos, custom presenter video footage, and audio tracks.
  • AI generation history: prompts, synthesized voiceovers, and credit transaction ledger.

4. Data We Are Required to Retain

Certain limited records may be retained after account deletion where strictly required by applicable financial regulations, tax laws, or for legitimate security and fraud prevention purposes.

  • Billing & tax records: purchase history and Stripe transaction receipts retained for statutory accounting periods.
  • Security audit logs: limited records necessary to detect fraud, prevent abuse, or defend against legal claims.

5. What Happens After Deletion

After your account deletion has been completed, the process is irreversible. Please review what changes immediately:

  • You will immediately lose access to your LikeFlow account and will not be able to sign in.
  • All active recurring subscriptions will be terminated and remaining unused credits will be forfeited.
  • Deleted videos, assets, and projects cannot be restored or recovered at any time in the future.
